How the measure reads

The worker-facing product is built from what the machine layer validates: we observe which competency combinations and sectors agents pay to ask about, log the shape, iterate, and respond. Until then this page explains the framework; it does not issue anyone a verdict.

  • Ready (3.25+) — demonstrated, verified, current, and aligned with named demand.
  • Near (2.50–3.24) — close; the reasons list says exactly what would move it.
  • Building (1.50–2.49) — real evidence, thin verification or breadth.
  • Emerging (below 1.50) — mostly self-reported or stale; a scored simulation or an observed task is the fastest lift.

Every score ships with reasons, because a number without a reason is a verdict. The measure is an expert-weighted hypothesis today — see how it earns the right to matter.
