What happens to a signal

  • It arrives unverified and stays that way until reviewed — nothing is auto-verified. Unverified signals still count toward the live demand picture at reduced weight.
  • It is matched against worker profiles (people free on this site; machines through the paid API) and it shapes which training pathways get built.
  • It contains no contact details at first contact. When a signal is verified, the relationship step happens off this form.
  • Votes and submissions can be gamed; volume limits and review are the floor of signal integrity, not the ceiling.
